Jumeira Bay Island will be home to The Bulgari Resort and Residences Dubai
Jumeira Bay is a six million sq. ft. mixed-use island development by Meraas, sculpted in the shape of a titanic seahorse riding the arcs of sand and rock. Located off the coast of Jumeira Beach Road, the island can be directly accessed via a 300 meter bridge that has been exclusively provided for residents and visitors.
The island is set to become the new address of choice for exclusive home owners who will have the luxury of enjoying their own private house on an island that offers great sea views and/or vistas of Dubai’s impressive skyline. Featuring low-rise residential buildings and villas, the manmade island will include illuminated gardens and pools, interspersed by boulevards.
Overlooking a stunning white sandy beach cove, right on the water’s edge at Jumeira Bay Island, with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai will juxtapose modern and conventional architecture to offer a mix of traditional and modern themes that reflect the design and style of the surrounding area.
Designed by Italian architectural firm, Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, the Bulgari Resort & Residences is a first-of-its-kind master development in scale and magnitude that aesthetically translates the core values of its two partners – Bulgari and Meraas.
The Bulgari Resort Dubai at Jumeira Bay Island, the fifth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property in the world, will comprise 101 rooms and suites in the main hotel buildings, as well as 20 hotel villas and a full range of luxury hotel facilities.
Comprising 165 apartments, eight penthouses and 15 mansions, every residential unit at the development will offer magnificent views. While the apartments range from one to four bedrooms within six free standing buildings, the mansions offer a variation of three to six bedrooms. In addition to common areas such as private landscaped gardens, swimming pools and gymnasiums, residents can enjoy a host of dining and sporting options on site, including the first-in-the-world Bulgari Marina and Yacht Club, a place where taste, elegance and refinement will meet and merge.
Jumeria Bay island is off the coast of Dubai, close to the old Jumeirah Beach Club.
