First Bluewaters residences go on sale at The Beach

Immersive state-of-the-art sales centre to help homebuyers experience the unique residences and lifestyle next to Ain Dubai at Bluewaters starting from 11 March 2017

Meraas has announced that the first residences at Bluewaters, home to the world’s tallest and largest observation wheel Ain Dubai, have gone on sale and will be available to homebuyers through an interactive sales centre at The Beach.

The residences at Bluewaters will have a private landscaped garden podium, four swimming pools and changing facilities; a children’s pool, a splash pad, and a play area; two basketball courts, a fitness area, and two gyms. The island will also have over 200 retail and dining outlets including everything from high-end restaurants to intimate bistros; as well as two hotels, new leisure and entertainment experiences; a mosque, a supermarket, and a bank.

In addition, the island will be connected to the shoreline at The Beach by a 265-metre pedestrian bridge, direct road access via a bridge to Sheikh Zayed Road and a unique driverless Group Rapid Transit system connected to the Dubai Metro.

Narayanan Rajagopalan, Chief Real Estate Officer at Meraas, said: “Meraas has worked with best-in-class architects, designers, and consultants to create a vibrant family-friendly atmosphere that reflects our vision of creating places where diversity, participation and creativity are a part of everyday life. The result is a perfect balance between island and city life and, if the enquiries that we’ve received are anything to go by, the community promises to bring together a diverse mix of nationalities.”

The centre will open to the public at The Beach on 11 March and is one of many touchpoints that are being created to enable people to discover the unique collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses taking shape at Bluewaters.

The sales centre will feature a model of the masterplan and a show apartment with finishing used in the residences. Guests will have access to personalised areas where they can explore the island using a 3D app, as well as a room designed to replicate the experience of living in one of the unique residences at Bluewaters. There will also be a beach-front café and VIP majlis located on the second floor of the nine-metre tall structure.

The residences at Bluewaters are scheduled for handover during the first quarter of 2018.
