Latest Progress

Construction Progress

Bvlgari Lighthouse has reached a key milestone with the completion of the roof slab, marking the near completion of the superstructure. Internal works have progressed to Level 24 and MEP installations to Level 26, reflecting strong advancement across core building systems.

Façade works continue to shape the tower, with glazing and structural elements reaching Level 14, and the signature coral panels progressing to Level 15. Service lift installation is also underway.

In the coming months, the project will transition into final structural completion, alongside continued façade installation and further progress in internal and MEP works.
